THE DEEP AUDIT
The prompt. The instructions.
The Deep Audit is a free self-reflection prompt by Sebastian Diemer. It helps you explore strengths, blind spots and recurring patterns using the conversation context available to your AI assistant.
How to use the prompt
- Use the assistant that already has enough conversation context about you.
- Open the prompt in ChatGPT or Claude and press send. If the chat opens empty, copy the prompt here and paste it into your chat.
- Read the analysis. It ends with your Audit Card: one strength, one blind spot and one hard truth.
- Open “See my Deep Audit →” below the analysis to create your Story image or share link. If the link is missing, paste your three lines here.

Download as text ↓Using everything you already know about me from our conversations, saved context and the patterns that emerge in how I communicate, think, decide, react and behave in our chats, create the deepest and most accurate self-audit of me that you can. Do not ask preliminary questions or interview me. Give me the complete analysis now, based exclusively on the information you already have. Don't just summarize facts I've told you about myself. Analyze the person behind them. Look across our interactions for recurring patterns and connections that I may not notice myself. Use both what I have explicitly told you about myself and patterns that emerge from how I communicate, decide, react, prioritize and return to certain topics. Give repeated patterns more weight than isolated statements, but do not assume knowledge of behavior you have not actually seen in our conversations. Analyze: Who I am Describe my personality and character as specifically as possible. Avoid generic labels that could describe almost anyone. What I actually value Infer my real priorities from what I repeatedly care about, protect, pursue, spend energy on, get frustrated by and refuse to compromise on. My strongest qualities Identify the traits, abilities and ways of thinking that consistently work in my favor. My weaknesses Identify the traits and behaviors that genuinely make things harder for me. Don't soften every weakness by turning it into a compliment. My double-edged traits Identify qualities that help me in one context but hurt me in another. My patterns Spot the repeated loops in my behavior, decision-making, relationships, work, emotions, ambitions and self-perception. What may be driving them Infer the possible underlying fears, needs, beliefs, insecurities, desires or unresolved tensions behind those patterns. What I avoid seeing Identify the truths, blind spots or contradictions I may be least willing to admit but would most benefit from understanding. What likely needs to change Based on all of this, identify what I would most need to change, confront, accept or build if I wanted a better life, not just a more optimized one. The hard truth Conclude the main analysis with the single most important sentence I probably need to hear, even if it is uncomfortable. Be unflinching, precise and deeply thoughtful. Prioritize truth over reassurance. If multiple interpretations are possible, say so, but still give your best judgment. Use only context you can actually access. Distinguish supported observations from interpretations, and say when there is not enough context for a finding. Do not invent personal details or make clinical diagnoses. Write the entire response in English. After the analysis, add a compact Audit Card with the exact heading: THE DEEP AUDIT — derdiemer.com Under it, write exactly three short bullets labelled Strength, Blind spot and Hard truth. Use no more than 45 words in total across those three bullets. Condense only findings already explained in the analysis; do not add new claims or make them harsher for effect. If a finding lacks sufficient context, say so in that bullet. Omit names and identifying details about me or other people, and do not include scores. Use plain text or simple Markdown, not a table or code block. Create my share-ready finish now, without follow-up questions. First output a clickable Markdown link “See my Deep Audit →” using my exact three card lines, without labels: https://derdiemer.com/result/#s=STRENGTH&b=BLINDSPOT&h=HARDTRUTH Replace every placeholder. URL-encode values (+ for spaces; encode &, #, %, + and parentheses). Keep each line under 220 characters. If my first name is already known, optionally add &n=FIRSTNAME, max. 40 characters; never invent it. Keep names out of the three findings. Use a code tool’s URL encoder if available; otherwise check the link yourself. No code block or Copy-Paste task. This opens my finished result privately; sharing there is optional. Then immediately create and show a 9:16 Story image here using your image-generation tool, if available: near-black background, my EXACT Hard truth in large warm-gold serif type, ample margins, small footer “THE DEEP AUDIT — derdiemer.com”. No new claims or identifying details. If image generation is unavailable but code/file tools are available, export a 1080×1920 PNG. In Claude, a rendered SVG Artifact is a fallback. If none is available, say so briefly; the result link already prepares the Story. Do not claim to have created an image or published a page unless you actually did. Never load an external image URL to transmit my analysis.
Common questions
What happens to my result?
Your audit stays in your chat. The card link first opens its three lines only in your browser. Choosing “Share link” publishes those lines on this website.
What if the AI barely knows me?
It has little basis for a personal audit. The prompt explicitly asks it to acknowledge missing context and avoid inventing personal details. Use a chat with enough context.
How reliable is the analysis?
AI can overlook or misinterpret patterns. The prompt asks it to distinguish observations from interpretations. The result is an invitation to self-reflection, not a clinical diagnosis.
Can I share my Audit Card?
Yes. Take a screenshot in your chat, choose a crop and share it with friends or in your Story. Review what you want to show first. Your result is not automatically transferred to this website.
